The difference between an answer and a source
Ordinary generative systems produce plausible answers from unverified material. There is no owner, no review step and no record of where anything came from. In a regulated institution that is not a productivity tool; it is an unmanaged risk.
AI Expert is designed around the opposite premise: that knowledge only becomes institutional once someone has reviewed it, someone has authorised it, and the record of both is kept.
How it is designed to work
