Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, and how long it is kept. It describes what the site actually does; it is not a template.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, organisation, subject and message. If you arrived at the form from a capability or product page, we also record which one, so that we can respond in context.

The server records the page you submitted from and the language you were reading in. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry. That is the only purpose. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle them and to keep a record of the correspondence, and are deleted when that need ends.

Analytics

If website analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand which pages are read. Analytics can be disabled entirely by the site operator, and no analytics script is loaded when it is.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address on the contact page and we will respond.
